PetroUSA has targeted several operating assets for an M&A rollup of approximately $60B USD in syndicated funds, that sees the firm acquiring several targeted ports, fuel tank terminals, refineries and vessels in the Caribbean and Central American region to service North, Central & South America and the Caribbean, including the building of at least two MSW Plants that will process MSW to renewable fuels, in order to service its vast market by providing guaranteed, discounted fuels, on an ongoing basis.
